This boy made me an aunt for the first time. I was 11 when he was born, the perfect babysitting age as he grew. I MAYYYY have even saved his life when he was choking on a sucker at the age of 3. And Joanna, who would have thought after all these years of being your youth leaders, your pastors, and your friends we would end up family? No one but Jesus saw this beautiful connection coming. It all boils down to this, I love you both so much and I’m so excited to see what Jesus does through your marriage. And I’m totally NOT tearing up as I’m blogging these images of your love.

Danny + Chelsea have been together for nine years and have never had professional photos taken! When Chelsea told me she wanted to do their photos in and around Danny’s home I was so excited. Engagement sessions should be all about the way you interact and capturing your love and I think there is no better way to do that than in a place where you are most comfortable. They are absolutely the most adorable couple and I cannot wait until their winter wedding in a few short months!

Gesh you guys, these kids are just too darn cute!! Josh + Vicki make the most beautiful babies!! Josh was in our youth group when he was 16 and we met Vicki not too long after. It has been so beautiful watching you both grow and serving alongside you. I love you guys more than you know!

I can’t wait to photograph Bradley + Hillary’s wedding day next year! You see, I will feel right at home among her family having shot her sister’s wedding 2 years ago and her cousin’s wedding 3 years ago. There’s something so special and completely humbling about being inviting back again and again to capture a sweet family’s major milestones. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Hannah, Emily, Hillary, and all of your lovely parents for entrusting me with these beautiful moments. I can’t wait to meet Bradley’s family, if they’re anything like he is we’re going to have the best day!
Dustin + Nicole adore dogs, horses, the country, and each other. I think it’s so beautiful that they were able to incorporate so many things and people that they cherish into their special day. But their love for each other is the element that stood out most evidently to all of us in attendance. They are both beautiful humans inside & out and we were honored to be a part of this day that will forever be one of the most important day’s of their lives.

Joey is one of my oldest friends. When he met Kayla I knew she had to be someone special. She’s super funny, loves Jesus, and is an amazing mama. And, if you didn’t notice, Cohen is an absolute nut! He’s such a fun, silly guy but with these two as parents he basically had no other option. I love these 4 as much as humanly possible.
