I met Hannah last year at my senior ambassador photo shoot. My niece Grace, and Hannah are good friends, they are both graduating this Fall! (Whhattt? I’m getting old.) I adore this sweet, artsy, free-spirited girl. You can’t help but smile when you’re around her. She’s full of joy and SO STINKING ADORABLE!! As you’ll see by the last picture, she comes by her beauty honestly. It was so fun to hang out with you both and I can’t wait to see how Jesus uses you in this next part of your life.
The Meyer Family has had A LOT of milestones in the last year and a half! I have photographed 2 of Joey’s brother’s weddings (here + here), his brand new niece, and now this sweet babe! I am so so incredibly grateful for families who invest in my work over and over again. Colton Joseph was just a smushiest little cuddle biscuit ever. He was so sweet and content the whole time, even though I was totally bugging him. You guys made a real cute baby!! Side note: How incredibly gorgeous is this mama!? Wow, Missy with the good hair, amiright?
The Weimer family is just as sweet as can be. I had such a great time getting to know each of them + capturing their different personalities. I’m SOOOOO happy to be shooting outdoors again. Spring, you are incredibly welcome here in Ohio. Please stick around.
Jen + I have been trying to shoot their family session since November! A scheduling conflict, then rain, and then a black eye all pushed back the session until March, but we finally got it done! I’m sitting here this morning looking at snow on the ground and wishing it was as warm as this beautiful day last week. I’m so happy it worked out and I got to meet this adorable family.
Logan + Nolan are quite a pair. One is spunky and the other a little more reserved. One was cheesing for the camera and the other one hiding from me. We had so much fun exploring at Rowe Arboretum!
When Natalie wrote to me about their intimate, family-centered, Portland wedding I was so excited!! They are adorably and deeply in love. Their big day was full of emotions and personal touches that I was so honored to capture. Also, I’d just like to mention that Michael’s best man was his dad, HIS DAD!! Could they be any cuter??

Chelsea was REALLY hoping for snow on her wedding day. Instead, we got rain. SO MUCH RAIN. I have to tell you, I wasn’t disappointed. The rain added something beautiful and special to their photos. I ADORE a bride who is down for anything, even getting her dress soaked before the ceremony. While we’re on the subject of her dress… HOLY WOW! Her groom’s reaction says it all. This dress was made for Chelsea. Congratulations, you two, your day was a perfect representation of both of you… heart-felt, sooo fun, and stunning!

You guys. I’m kind of obsessed with this family. I cannot get enough of this new big brother, Maverick. He was so sweet and so excited about his new baby. He couldn’t hold his hugs back from his momma’s neck either. Katie is a very talented florist (go check out Katie’s Blooms), a studio mate of mine, and a beautiful human. Congratulations, little family, I just love you all so much!
I’m not sure if you recognize Ryan + Hannah but, if you’ve been around here for any amount of time your should. I photographed their engagement session, their wedding, and their maternity session (with a few other sessions in between). And NOW their sweet baby boy is here!!! Oliver didn’t even think about sleeping during his newborn session, he was soooo alert and such a calm little guy. Congratulations, you two!
How is Mila turning one already? I was seriously just shooting her newborn session yesterday. Time is mean. I love these three humans so so much. Leah & Sergio are some of the most precious people I know. If you ever need a hug, Leah is your girl. She gives the best hugs on the planet. In fact, her whole family are just great huggers. Is that a weird compliment? Well either way, its true. I can already tell, Miss Mila is going to follow in those footsteps with her sweetness too! When I say I have never laughed so hard at a session it is no exaggeration. From panthers to My Best Friend’s Wedding… these two just get me. You’ll see below that we had a hard time keeping a straight face through this whole session and I couldn’t be happier about it. I adore when couples & families interact with each other comfortably in front of the camera and Jon + Katy definitely did. They are going to make amazing parents to this sweet baby girl! I can’t wait to find out her name in a few short weeks.
